AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 799

Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
(4) For the purposes of this section, a city of the
first class shall be considered a county of the first class
as provided for under the act of February 2, 1854 (P.L.21,
No.16), referred to as the Philadelphia Consolidation Act,
and section 13 of Article IX of the Constitution of
Pennsylvania.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 10, by striking out "A SUBPARAGRAPH"
and inserting
subparagraphs
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 23 and 24
(viii) For the purposes of subparagraph (iv), a city
of the first class shall be considered a county of the
first class as provided for under the act of February 2,
1854 (P.L.21, No.16), referred to as the Philadelphia
Consolidation Act, and section 13 of Article IX of the
Constitution of Pennsylvania.
