AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1593

Amend Bill, page 44, line 6, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
Section 2. Upon the enactment of an appropriation by the
General Assembly that includes sufficient money for the purpose
of expanding the child identification, assessment and tracking
system established under section 305 of the act, the Secretary
of Human Services shall transmit notice of the enactment to the
Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the next
available issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
Section 3. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The amendment of section 305 of the act shall take
effect 30 days following publication of the notice under
section 2 of this act.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect
immediately.
